2012 Birdview Product Release Notes

December 19, 2012

1. We have corrected problem on IDX PRO listing detail pages where remarks were not always appearing.  It was determined that is some instances, listing remarks modified in Web Assistant would not override the MLS-supplied remarks.
2. Leadmine mail queue bug has been corrected which will prevent the prior queued requests from being sent more than once.
3. QR Codes are now available to IDX Professional website clients
4. Restaurant information is now available on IDX Professional listing detail pages.  This is a pilot program and we expect to add additional community points-of-interest in the first half of 2013.

November 13, 2012

1. In Web Assistant’s Listing Manager, listing photo thumbnails are now 1/3 larger
2. In Web Assistant, the manual addition of a consumer record to Free Home Update was not functioning correctly in several browse
3. Search Engine Results (SER) pages (typically found at http://your_site_url.com/Real_Estate/City/city_name_here/?generateEntryPage=true) ae now displaying search results consistently.

We are pleased to announce that Birdview IDX Pro Real Estate websites now support multiple MLS searches, in compliance with rules imposed by some MLSs that prohibit co-mingling of IDX listings.  This enhancement is effective immediately.  Please contact your Birdview sales representative to determine if adjustments to your site are appropriate in order to take advantage of this change.

1. We are pleased to announce that Birdview Real Estate websites now support up to 50 images per property listing, removing the old limit of 18. This enhancement is effective immediately. Please contact your Birdview sales representative with any issues or questions concerning the display of a larger number of images on your site.
2. An issue hiding the MLS-required “Courtesy Of…” statement on some property search results pages has been resolved.

Effective today, the "Reset Password" feature in Web Assistant has been enhanced  to meet the need for "self-service".  Automated reset will nearly eliminate the lag time between requesting a password reset and having a new one actually available to use.

1. The link from the Map Detail “Bubble” to the property detail page was not functioning in some cases.  This has been corrected and no action on your part is necessary.
2. Open house date, time, remarks, and directions were not available on listing details in certain cases on IDX Professional websites.  This has been corrected.  The display of this information is customizable, so if it is not currently displayed on your IDX Pro property detail pages, please email support at support@birdview.com to submit a request to have it added promptly to your site.
